What do I do if my email gets disconnected?

There are a number of reasons why your email might get disconnected while trying to warm it up.

The first thing to do is determine why the email was disconnected. To do this, go to the emails page and click on the status of the email that has been disconnected:

This will pull up a modal window with more information about the type of error that this email has experienced, as well as information on how to reconnect it.
