What Warmup Algorithm Should I Choose and For How Long Should I Warm Up?

Here are our warmup recommendations:

For brand new emails:

Warm up for 3-4 weeks in “Auto” without starting cold email. After 3-4 weeks, if the score is above 90, you can switch to “Maintain” and begin cold emailing. If not, continue until the score is above 90, then switch to “Maintain” and begin cold emailing.

For existing emails that you believe have good reputation:

Run “Maintain” for about a week and see what score you get. If you get a score of above 90, you can keep “Maintain” on while doing your cold outreach.

For existing emails that you believe have damaged reputation:

Stop all cold emailing. Run “Distressed” and see if the score improves to above 90 over the course of 3 weeks. If it doesn’t, run “Rehab” until the score improves to 90 (this may take some time).

Once the score has improved above 90, switch to “Maintain” and begin cold emailing again.

For existing emails that are not currently doing any cold emailing but will be used for cold emailing in the future:

Run “Maintain” for about a week and see what score you get. If you get a score of above 90, you can keep “Maintain” on while doing your cold outreach.

If you get a score of below 90, run “Distressed” until the score improves to 90. Then switch back to “Maintain”.
