If you see a triangle shaped error icon on the Dashboard, it means that Boxward tried to, but was unable to, create a Keep Warm folder in your connected email’s inbox, and you should do this on your own.
In your email inbox, you will need to create a folder called “Keep Warm”.
This folder will organize all of your emails received from the Boxward network, and keep them out of the way so that your main inbox is not overwhelmed with emails from Boxward. This way, you can turn Boxward on, and go about your business.
