If you are on the Dashboard and see that your email has been disconnected with the following message, “Error: Timeout waiting for command response [T5]”, this means that Boxward’s connection to the connected email has timed out.
To fix this, click the Connection Status button on the far right of the page.
Then, you will see a popup where Boxward will try to reconnect to the account.
If it succeeds, then you will be good to go.
If you get a notification that this has failed, then you will need to reconnect your email.
